This is by far the best book out there that I have read about building lean muscle, period. When I first heard about this guide from a friend I was EXTREMELY skeptic, but I took the plunge and after following his advice letter for letter in 3 months I gained over 15 pounds of LEAN muscle mass.
I've read many books in my day and this one really stands as the best one ever written. It is written in a pracitcal way where even a caveman (such as myself) could understand. Instead of trying to confuse you with big scientifc words about training advice, he gives you REAL practical infromation that lays it all out on the table for you.
Point blank, if you want to know how to build muscle then this is the book for you. He gives you everything you need (and a WHOLE lot more) including a customized meal plan and a customized routine plan that fits your needs AND your goals. The information in this book is timeless, which is exactly why it gets a perfect 10/10 score from me!
I had been working out for a 12 month period prior to Vince's program with very little results.
I thought I was working hard but I only put on about 1/4 inch to my bicep in a year... I had been usually a skeptic, but for some reason told myself this is possible and I can do this.
After just 12 weeks, I have put on 1 inch on my biceps, 2 inches on thighs, 2 inches on chest, 2.25 inches on shoulders, 0.75 inches on calves.
